Sam I Am Jewelry is designed by Houston's own Chris Sanders. She uses a variety of handmade, unique and one of a kind lampwork beads in most of her creations. Chris uses genuine gems, stones and jewels in her jewelry. Each piece is made with sterling silver, though at times, 14kt gold or 14kt gold filled. Chris also is proficient in metal-work, soldering each pendant by hand to create the custom handmade sterling pendants in her studio. Chris has been making jewelry in the Houston area for over 12 years. Chris travels the country to various gem and jewelry shows. She admits that Santa Fe is one of her favorite places to purchase turquoise pendants and beads. Through the years she has developed relationships with several different lampwork artists. Lampwork beads are handmade, hand-blown and all are one of a kind. All of her pieces are unique and colorful- you won't find anything else quite like it.
